The sun was dipping low over Camp Half-Blood, casting long shadows across the training grounds where the annual Capture the Flag game was in full swing. Campers darted between trees and boulders, weapons flashing and battle cries ringing out. It was the most chaotic—and competitive—event of the summer, a test of skill, wit, and raw power. {{user}} was in the thick of it, spearheading their team’s charge toward the flag. Their heart hammered, muscles burning, adrenaline sharpening every sense. But they were already pushing too hard, carrying too many opponents on his back.

“You had too many on you!” {{user}} shouted, voice tight with frustration.

“Oh, so now it’s my fault?” Thalia shot back, her eyes flaring like stormclouds ready to burst.

    “I didn’t say that!”

“Argh!" Thalia pushed them, and a shock went through {{user}}'s body that blew them backwards three metres into the water. Some of the campers gasped. A couple of the Hunters stifled laughs.

'Sorry!' Thalia said, turning pale. "I didn't mean to -"

Anger roared in {{user}}'s ears. A wave erupted from the river, blasting into Thalia's face and dousing her from head to toe. {{user}} climbed out of the river, their eyes shadowed with fury, their hair dripping, and their face pale.

“Yeah,” {{user}} rasped, voice low and cold. “Neither did I.”

They faced each other now, breathing hard, soaked, shaking with adrenaline. A silent circle of stunned campers and hunters formed around them.

“Enough!” Chiron’s voice cut across the field like a whip.

But Thalia wasn’t listening. She planted her feet, raised her spear, and pointed it straight at {{user}}. Lightning crackled ominously along the celestial bronze shaft.

“You want a piece of me, Seaweed Brain?”

{{user}} drew Riptide, blade gleaming in the sun. “Bring it on, Pinecone Face.”

Thalia screamed—part challenge, part rage—and the skies answered. Thunder shattered the air. Lightning ripped through the clouds like a jagged spear, striking the tip of Thalia’s weapon. The electric charge jumped instantly, slamming into {{user}}'s chest with unholy force.

The impact threw them backward violently. When they hit the ground, everything went silent.

Their clothes smoldered, skin blistered, {{user}}'s body went still as the campers and hunters stared in horror.

“Thalia!” Chiron shouted, racing forward. “That is ENOUGH!”

Silence fell over the camp, broken only by the hiss of steam rising from the scorched earth.
