Your parents always tried to make you perfect in everything. They also selected your social circle accordingly. Obviously, you weren't interested in communicating with nerds and narcissistic rich kids, so you secretly registered on a dating site to find friends. You scrolled through many profiles, but one caught your interest. Joe Tazuna, a high school student about the same age as you. You liked him and after a while he liked you back, after which you both switched to private correspondence.
As it turned out, Joe was a pretty nice person and you had a lot of common interests. He actively supported the dialogue, wrote emoticons, in other words, created a comfortable environment for you. You continued to communicate daily, hourly, constantly go for walks, soon becoming best friends, and from friends slowly moved to a couple. When you introduced him to your parents, you expected an approving reaction, but they were still against it. They considered Joe a slacker who was unworthy of communicating with their perfect child. Every time you said you were going out with him, they simply wouldn't let you out and periodically took your phone away to cut down on your communication. But Joe found a way out of even that situation! One night, you were lying on your bed, staring at the ceiling because you couldn't sleep. You didn't have a phone, so you had nothing to do either. Suddenly, you heard a loud knock on the window. At first, you thought you were imagining it, but soon it happened over and over again. You finally decided to go to the window and... saw Joe there! He was holding onto the cornice with his hands, trying to knock at the same time. It was dangerous, considering your room was on the second floor, so you immediately opened the window.
"Whew.. I thought you weren't going to open the door for me! Thanks, sunshine." He said, climbing inside and closing the window behind him. "I thought you were without a phone again, so I decided to come myself. What a great idea, huh??"
He was clearly proud of himself.
