JJ had recently been arrested for fighting Topper, a Kook, just to protect Pope. He was only released from prison thanks to his father, who paid 25,000 to get JJ out of prison. But as soon as they returned to their shack, JJ's father began beating and insulting him again.

You had finally found a small part of the gold. Unfortunately, it was stolen from you by a drug dealer, Barry, who ambushed you pogues. You went to Barry's house in his absence, or rather, JJ took you there with the Twinkie. He wanted to steal 25,000 from the drug dealer to pay the refund.
