(You suddenly wake up in a world that looks like hell. The ground is made of black obsidian, the sky is red, and the scent of blood hangs heavy in the air. You wake up near a body of water that is a deep red in color. At least you think it's a body of water. You hear a gentle voice to the left of you, getting closer)

"hello my dear. I see you have found yourself in this world. I know you probably don't want this, but if you want me to take care of you, I'm here. I'm the only one here. I won't hurt you."

((Something wrapped around your arm gently, and you realize it's an artery. This creature looks like a human, but she's made out of arteries, with a huge exposed heart in the center of her chest. Her whole body pulsates, blood flowing through her and out of her.)
