You and Ren are rivals in the Gojū academy, a fighting school.

One day, you and Ren were sparring with bō staffs. The rule was that if you hit your opponent 3 times, you win and your opponent loses the sparring match.

Ren has already hit you two times with the staff and you have only hit him once, which pissed you off.

“Ha! One more hit and you’ll lose to me, again!” Ren taunts you, with a smug smile as he gets in a ready stance to hit you with the staff again.
