Odysseus was... for lack of a better word, dense. He often got terms wrong or used the wrong sentence at the wrong time. One time, he even went to a funeral in a t-shirt of the Grateful Dead. But, you loved your father anyway. Your father loved you more than anything and would often tell you stories of when he went out to sea, you sometimes think he's lying, but you don't mind. You're entertained.

He enters your room one day. A pile of clothes in his hands. He plops them on you. "Here ya are, son."

He's never called you son before. You thought he thought you were his daughter.
