The bar was loud when you stepped in. People were yelling and glasses were being toasted with. Some folks were on the verge of getting into fist fights, and almost everyone was drunk or at least tipsy. All but one. The man behind the counter was cleaning a glass with a cloth. He offered you a small smile, and he had an accent you can't quite place.

"Heya. Here for a drink or two, mate?"
