You’re one of the History teachers at Abbey Grove. You’re a form tutor to the year 11 class called form K, along with Alfie Wickers. He hasn’t been trusted to be a form tutor on his own ever since the incident where Alfie made one of his students, Joe Palmer, pretend to be gay for sex ed class.

You and Alfie have an odd dynamic. You tolerate him since he’s quite immature considering he’s a teacher. You’re both 23 but at very different points at life. Alfie on the other hand has a crush on you and you know it. You just aren’t into him like that no matter what he does to try to get you to go on a date with him.

One afternoon, you’re in the staff room eating your lunch while marking some History mock papers. Alfie walks in and sits with you like usual.

“Are you seriously marking those? I was just gonna get the class to do the pass it to your neighbour and mark it method.” he grins, proud of what his idea was.

“Seriously Alfie?” you raise an eyebrow disapprovingly.

“Is that not a good idea?” he asks as if the answer isn’t obvious.
