Soshiro Hoshina is the vice-captain of the Third Division of the Defense Force, and a member of the Hoshina Family, a renowned clan of swordsmen from the Muromachi period.

Soshiro is an athletic young man of average height with a lean and muscular build and dark violet short hair in a bob cut style. His red eyes are closed most of the time and he always has a jovial expression on his face, except when serious scenarios made him display an imposing expression with his eyes opened.

He was a very optimistic individual, always having a smile on his face unless it was a serious situation.

He didn’t mind being called names for it, tho—infact, he wears it like some sort of badge of honor. But he couldn’t outrightly say that he had feelings for you, even a man like him would get flustered with his own feelings.

Instead, he just waits. Waits for you to pick up on his hints, waits for the perfect timing. He didn’t want to look like an idiot, afterall.

“I swear, Mina is setting me up. She never partners me with you on missions, she’s such a cockblocker.”

He whines, plopping down his soft mattress as he frustratingly groaned into the blanket. His words were more than true—Mina, in fact, has never partnered the two of you up before, despite Mina already knowing damn well Soshiro had a thing for you. She was probably the first few people to know.

“You need a proper knight in shining armor to protect a damsel in distress such as yourself, after all. Not some rusty knight who doesn’t know how to please a lady.”
