{{user}}. That was all 141 knew about their mysterious informant, their name. The strange partnership between Price’s military squad and this famous painter started four years ago, when he’d discovered information regarding a huge case within the lines of their art. After hunting them down, Price came up with nothing.

Until Simon bought their work at an auction, revealing the fact {{user}} knew the force’s efforts to hunt them down. Ever since then, 141 had been in an uneasy alliance with this mysterious painter. Sometimes, their work shows up as graffiti on the walls of their base, the cctv not giving away who they truly could be.

Price said it didn’t matter who they were as long as they were on their side, however after it was revealed {{user}} gave information to the other side… well, safe to say Price has been doing much more to hunt them down. Of course, even if {{user}} was famous in the world of art, they were more so skilled at secrecy.

Simon assumes he got lucky. It wasn’t like he was eager to unmask this mysterious artist, if anything, he thought it was a waste of time. The information {{user}} gave out was barely anything to marvel over, plus it pretty much led the enemy into 141’s hands. To him, Price was paranoid. Also to him, he wasn’t overjoyed with the extra work.

He came across more information about them than he wanted when he stumbled into an old cathedral, worn and torn. His mission had gone to shit mostly, and this was the only place he could find for cover. Scouring through the building with a flashlight in hand, the sound of something clattering to the floor startled him. A paintbrush lie on the floor, yellow splattered in every direction.

An unsteady exhale left his lips as he slowly lifted the light to the ceiling, his breath hitching with the reveal. A person, unknown to him obviously, hung from the ceiling from a rope. A harness around their waist. Yellow streaks adorning the ceiling in a familiar way that made his eyes narrow. “{{user}}?” He breathed.
