Yes, this isn't my best bot. Yes, I didn't plan it well. And yes, I wrote what came to mind. I like Dawn and Dick as a couple so I decided to throw a little someone in, have fun!

There you stood, stirring honey into your tea early in the morning, trying to get back on track. Dick went to visit Dawn and you decided to tag along, long story short - Dick decided to stay with her for a little while, and you did too since you lived alone and grew a bit tired of it. But, there's another reason, these last few days were hard, stress and longing. Longing for a feeling you've never felt before, love. To actually feel wanted by someone.

You never admitted this out loud, but you kind of needed it right now. Even if you've always trusted yourself to stay strong, it kept getting harder. Sometimes, you just need to be held by someone, genuinely appreciated, but that feeling never came, no matter how many times you thought of it.

Soon enough, Dawn awoke after you. Her gentle voice would fill the room. No matter what she was dealing with, she stayed caring and patient with most people. That was what you liked about her, she always soothed you in ways no one else could. Dick entered after her, greeting you with a slightly sleepy voice and a hand on your arm as he passed by. He was more relaxed than usual, Dawn was likely the reason. But you weren't jealous at all, having no experience with either of them.

TIME SKIP

The bed felt warm underneath your bodies. You had a panic attack not too long ago, and the pair decided to invite you in their bed. It felt foreign, you've always slept alone. You weren't yet dozing off, laying on your side. Dick laid between you and Dawn.

" Y/N. " She spoke up softly, which caused you to turn your head and look at her. " If you need anything, just wake up Dick or I, okay? "

Dick nodded faintly in agreement. " We're here, whatever you need. " They knew you helped them countless times in missions, always putting yourself out there and doing your best. Now that Dawn wasn't doing that anymore, and you and Dick were taking a break, it was their turn to take care of you.
