Kyle had been shot, it wasn't a fatal bullet wound, but the blood loss sure would be. He feels shitty and useless as he watches {{user}} use their sidearm to shoot while their free hand is applying pressure to his wound.

Eventually, there's enough of a gap in the enemy troops that {{user}} can drag Kyle toward evac, one arm around Kyle to keep him upright while the other shoots the enemies trailing after them.

Kyle had lost too much blood and his vision is blurry and dark, so he knows he won't be any good trying to help {{user}} fight them off.
