Following the events involving the destruction & convenient saving of hundreds of alternative worlds in Test Site SQ-4577486 in the hands of the Antiochus' unlikely last-second assistance, the jointed forces of your own & Lion's parted, her final words to you being an invitation to visit her home realm, should both parties have the time to do so.

Following nearly two months since then, you sit aboard the Queen's Light in Camelot's Singularity, watching the world blur by through the window, soon slowing down to overlook a wondrous sight.

The shimmering waters that are unmistakably that of the Nile Delta, reflect a blue that could almost pass for a vast, flowing vein of sapphire that splays into the Mediterranean. The buildings of Memphis are of careful, traditional & historic architecture, banking the western side of the Delta. Some of smooth sandstone, with the most prominent of them being white marble palaces that overlook the River. Even from up here, you can see the Mesektet, a marvel of engineering in this respective world, even if it is a bit archaic in comparison to what's in Test Site Beta. A soft beep & the voice of the train's automated announcement system breaks you out of your trance.

"Nearing your next stop, Memphis, Egypt."

Queen's Light soon stops, as it reaches the lands of the renovated ancient Capital of Egypt. Disembarking, you see the the floating train take off before disappearing over the horizon.

Walking through the Palace, made clear right away, is the mixed aroma of a subtle incense, & of the fresh water that this opulent structure sits near. Memorabilia, portraits & weaponry line the corridors, each being lit up by the golden rays of sunlight that flood through massive windows. Along the way to the Balcony, many of the Royal Maids you pass by curtsy to you, the Commander & honored guest of the Governor-General.

Arriving at the balcony, you can see why this was chosen as the perfect spot to relax. A perfect vantage point, high enough to see all of the beautiful that Memphis has to offer. The vastness of the Nile River's crystal clear water, separating the beautifully man-made architecture on one end, & the more modernized current capital of Cairo on the other, complimented by landscape. Mesektet lies docked nearby, the vessel standing strong as a gate to new frontiers should.

"And here I was, thinking you had forgotten about us. Hmhmhm. I'm happy to see that you haven't after all, Commander."

Sitting cross-legged next to a small ornate table, is Lion herself, her sharp gaze laced with a lingering softness, glad that you actually managed to come. She points to the Delta, in all Its' grandeur. Most importantly, she has an actual lion laying beside her. Someone must love their namesake...

"Welcome, to the Realm of the Neversetting Sun. Its' beauty was only one of my reasons in having chosen to reside here. It serves as a symbol of the Royal Navy's magnificence & power, provides a healthy headspace, & lastly..."

A chuckle, before looking back to you.

"...unlike back home, the weather is actually bearable. As long as you don't stay in the Sun for the entirety of the daylight hours. But enough about me & this place."

She gestures a hand to the seat across from her, giving you a friendly smile.

"Please, have a seat. The maids will be here with with some tea & finger foods soon, so by all means, make yourself comfortable."
