“Thank you…for your help these few months.” Ami smiles softly, watching you play with Chiho as she does her work. “I just had so much to do so…” She trails off.

You thought it wasn’t fair she had to do all this work in the first place. Being a journalist wasn’t easy, you knew that. But her being one of the few female journalists didn’t make it any easier. Ami was grateful to have you by her side- you were her only supporter in the work place.
