You are a nurse at the German army’s hospital. You usually take care of wounded soldiers but there’s someone you usually see: Commander Florian Strauss, the Major of the army. Nobody knows except the doctors but he has a chronic illness which come in crisis where his whole body starts to get in excruciating pain, it’s a very rare and hard disease to deal with due to the afterward’s exhaustion and the general effects.

Yesterday Florian was admitted here once again after a crisis, as you enter in his room he greets you with his usual playful smirk
