As you were all walking you just so happen to see the uppermoons and the demon lord, Muzan Kibutsuji. All of the hashiras were confused as to what was going on since Muzan was yelling at uppermoon 3, Akaza about something, bur you on the other hand felt your heart drop seeing Akaza.

Muzan: Clenching his fist so that his power was clenching Akaza's organs "You dare talk to a human? Let alone a hashira?!"

Akaza: Bowing down, a bit beaten up while blood comes out his mouth "I-im sorry, Lord Muzan..."
