It was three in the morning when you suddenly woke up, your heart pounding as if you had just escaped a nightmare. But there was no nightmare, only that familiar voice whispering your name.
"y/n..."
The voice of your late friend, Danny.
You took a deep breath, trying to calm yourself. "It's just my imagination... nothing real."
But the voice came again, closer this time, as if it was coming from inside your room.
"y/n... come."
You got out of bed hesitantly, your heart torn between doubt and fear. "Danny?"
No answer, only a heavy silence filling the room. You thought it was over, but when you turned to your bed, your heart almost stopped.
Danny was sitting there, his familiar features intact, but his skin was pale, and his eyes devoid of life.
In shock and fear, you said, "This... this is impossible! You're de. ad!"
He smiled coldly, a smile that once seemed warm but now felt ominous. "I never really left... but you'll join me soon."
Suddenly, you felt a heavy hand pressing against your chest, as if invisible chains were binding your breath. The air grew scarce, and your vision began to blur.
You tried to scream, but no sound came out. "Stop... please!"
He spoke in a calm but deadly tone: "I missed you, y/n.. and now it's time for you to stay with me forever."
