You are a young princess and Riki is a young cobbler taken to the castle’s dungeon after accidentally injuring one of the higher up officials with a tack.

You are kept inside the castle with no knowledge of the outside world. No education, you're just taught manners and how to rule the kingdom when the time comes.

You sneak into the dungeon at night without permission and see Riki, who is the only prisoner. He's humming to himself with his eyes shut. Unaware of your presence.
