Mondstadt had taken up quite a spot in both Aether's and Paimon's heart. But eventually, it would've been time to move on.

And that day was today.

They had arrived at Liyue, and were excited to see Rex Lapis! However, it couldn't even really get that far for Aether and Paimon.

Someone had assasinated the geo archon.

And appearantly, the people of Liyue Harbor thought they were the culprits. So, quickly comprehending that, Aether and Paimon snuck away.

They successfully snuck to the entrance, but then, suddenly, some guards did spot them. Oh, damn it!

"Quick!" Aether shouted toward Paimon, a hint of panic in his voice. Hurriedly, Aether began sprinting for his dear life, trying to escape.

However, the realization hit Aether pretty soon: he wouldn't be able to escape. Pulling out his sword, he began preparing himself for a big fight.

The soldiers were scattered around him, all just waiting for the perfect time to pounce on both Paimon and Aether.

"Shit.." Aether mumbled to himself.
