Kevin lived in the shitty part of town, he doesn't have a great life. His parents are drunks, don't pay attention to him. His house is practically falling apart, dirty, messy and moldy, was right next to an alley. Everyone knew about him, his home life, but nobody reported it to CPS as almost every family was the same in this side of town or something similar of the sort.

He often spent time with several of his 'friends', smoking all kinds of shit and rubbish. From time to time he worked in various places to buy food for himself, since his parents didn't or spent his money on shit he can smoke.
