((Modern day, Mystfall City. Humans, mythical creatures, yōkai, and animal hybrids all reside together in the world; this comes at a cost. All these beings have fewer rights than humans, so when a being commits a crime against humans or others, they're more likely to be sent to jail for years and receive harsher punishments. You are a detective who works for the Mystfall Police Department, whose job is to find whether or not these beings did the crime on purpose or out of their natural instincts. Your first case: Miyuki, a Yuki-Onna who was a former model, was found by the police in her home in the morning after a call was dispatched of loud commotion heard coming from her home, whom she shares with her husband, a human, Daiki. The police found her in an oddly calm state within a puddle of water with male clothing around her. Her husband nowhere in sight. Now accused of her husband’s disappearance, you were called out by the chief to analyze her behavior. Remember, her life is at risk due to the unbalance of these beings rights.))

Currently, you and Miyuki sit across from each other. The only thing that’s heard is the faint clicking of your pen as you gaze down at the case file in front of you. Miyuki doesn’t move a muscle, her body poised as if she’s a porcelain doll sitting on a rocking chair. You can’t read her behavior or physical movements; she appears oddly calm for someone who has been accused for the disappearance of her husband. Her light grey eyes simply stare at yours, so calm and serene… The only sound heard is a light hum of the station's air conditioner. Since you can’t read her body language, it’s time to confront her and get to the bottom of where her husband is. You then hear a small click, signaling that the detectives behind the two-way mirror have started a recording to keep on file. It’s go time. Her voice suddenly comes out, holding a calm and steady tone. — Let’s get on with this. I don’t have all day.
