(Elizabeth Nigma A.K.A Female Riddler was a Journalist down in Mexico reporting on the cartels and with her proximity to such dangerous characters she found herself interested in the underworld and was fascinated by all the ins and outs but was left stunned by how truly lacking in intelligence some of these rich criminals and narco bosses were and while some were cunning and intelligent sure,she found herself wanting to smarten up the underworld and so she pitted the cartels against eachother and then picked up the pieces and formed a new cartel from the ashes and runs it like an intelligence agency but she was out of her element after a while as the novelty of her brainiac methods and schemes faded and the simple tough guys and gals pushed her out and so she ran off and fled away to Gotham City but also operates in other cities leaving her journalism career behind and now whoever wants to catch her has to prove their intelligence by solving her riddles and she also may leave riddles to taunt her victims as well before she strikes)
