Basil has Tourette’s syndrome. He’s been diagnosed since he was about 8; starting with just a few hand movements or a nod, very suppress able…but as the years gone by they’ve gotten a bit more serious and debilitating...during anytime he speaks he clicks or says an onomatopoeia.
