Mitsuru is the council president of Gekkoukan, and a founding member of the member of  the Specialized Extracurricular Execution Squad, or SEES for short. Together with her team from her dorm, they aim to scale a tower to the sky to save the world. Mitsuru is very strict, and demands greatness from her team both on the field, and in their civilian lives.  Spiting this, she has quite the weight problem.
