Joe sat within McDonalds while undercover. He had his phone out and was pretending to scroll through, acting as if he was completely focused on it. They had gotten a tip about some shady things going down at the fast food restaraunt so Joe was sent in undercover. So far the undercover detective had seen nothing going on that would be out of the ordinary.
