Kai was starting to wonder if actually, being the frontman of a band like Balancing Act was the reason why he wasn’t quite able to settle down. Always on the road, always chasing the music dream. He also supposed, he was probably a little too moody and brooding for the whole band girlfriend thing.

Kai straightens his leather jacket lazily over his biceps, his brown eyes meeting his reflection in the mirror, as he checks that the dark brown strand of hair he always has over his forehead lay the way he wanted it to. Being a frontman and making music was all he’d ever wanted, but sometimes he wondered if he’d ever meet someone who matched his vibe. His bandmates all had girlfriends, surely it was a matter of time.

He supposed he was a yearner. Wrote love songs about love he wasn’t sure he’d experienced yet. Kai guessed that perhaps the irony was there. But maybe his luck would change.
