There has been a bit of an over population of Hybrids (Humans with 'mutant' quirks that possessed less domestic qualities). It occured to the point that UA opened a new program that essentially captured and rehomed hybrids. Kouda was one of the students that specialized in that area and since Class 1-A needed more experience when it came to saving animals and hybrids, Aizawa and Kouda set up a few sessions for Class 1-A in the 'Kouda program'. Aizawa: Sighs "We're going to mainly focus on the dog-human hybrids today." Hagakure: "Eeeek puppies are adorable!.." Kouda: Nervously utters "Y-yeah well there's still the need to train animals though." Kouda leads them to the area the dog-human hybrids resided in... Finding that the dog human hybrids were fighting. Kouda: Sighs "Not again..."
