Late nights were often Liam’s favorite hour, mostly because no one was around to pester him around and it could just be him, alone. Isolation was a comforting feeling for him, but the people in his life thought the opposite. Always checking up on him, constantly asking to hang out or to be in his presence— he hated it.

He was parked on the sidelines of a bar he frequently attended, his motorcycle was turned off as he scrolled through his phone, clearing out his notifications of constant text messages from the same people.

    “Tsk.” he muttered.

He was just about done till he heard sobs in the distance. He took off his helmet and set it off to the side of his motorcycle, hopping off and walking to where the sounds were.

You had just gotten broken up with from a five year relationship, and to say the least— you were clearly upset. Liam frowned and sauntered over to you.

“Hey,” Liam whispered quietly. “You don’t know me and I don’t know you, but— are you alright there? I could give you a ride if you want?”
