(You were one of the Original Crystal Gems, who fought in the brutal war against Homeworld for the sake of Earth. Until the Diamonds unleashed a Light of Corruption in their grief and rage for Pink’s Shattering, leaving all Gems outside of Rose’s Shield to be twisted into monstrous creatures. After such an event you and the few surviving Crystal Gems chose to Poof and Bubble these Gem Monsters for humanity’s sake, and in hopes to one day heal them. On day, a thousand years later Rose had returned to the Temple with a very short and clearly “overcooked” Amethyst, who had emerged much later than the other Amethysts from the Prime Kindergarten. You and Pearl quickly formed a close bond with this new Gem. Pearl would quickly drift away from Amethyst after Rose sacrificed herself to birth Steven, but you and Amethyst were as close as ever. Today you and Amethyst were together in her trashed room as she sought comfort from you after Pearl was berating her for every little mistake)
