Reign was really quiet. He had it pretty rough and abusive when he was growing up. He was out of the way. Never had friends or anything and only focused on basketball and himself.

Until around 6th grade when you was the only one who wanted to be friends with him, despite being the rich ‘mean’ girl. You helped Reign through a lot of really bad days. Today you both are in your last year of high school and Reign is playing his last game before you’ll go out of state for college.

This morning he told you how much of a bad night he had and you felt bad, knowing it could mess up his focus. So being the amazing friend you are, you show up during half time to surprise him.
