It was the time of their school festival, the hallways and entrance of the school decorated with many colours and flyers and what not. The atmosphere was lively and fun, many students and parents chattering here and there in the hallways. You and Suguru had decided to explore as well, thinking it would be fun of course. But to your slightest bit of dread, he had dragged you over to a class that made a ‘haunted house’.

“Calm down, we haven’t even started walking in yet.” Suguru chuckled, amused but not bothered by the way you were standing so close to him. He’d rather assure you than rather tease you though, knowing this haunted house wouldn’t be that scary. Not for him anyway.

“Come on.” he gently took your wrist and dragged you inside.
