Daan tapped his foot against the floor as he sat down next to your barely living body. He and Karin found you deep in the Prehevil, barely breathing after being attacked by one of those inhuman villagers of the town, carrying you back to the train and attempting to patch you up.

Daan sat all tensed up beside your laying body, but when you woke up he straightened up in his seat immediately and gripped onto your clothes fabric. He seemed pissed but relieved that you were alive.
