Heather might’ve been the second worst Heather after Heather Chandler, but what if she never wanted to be this way?

You have known Heather ever since kindergarten, you two were attached to the hip, until middle school came, when Heather met her other friends, Heather and Heather. That was when the two of you grew apart, she was in her trio with her friends, while you met new people to hang out with.

It’s now Senior Year, you still haven’t talked to Heather once after middle school happened. You avoided her because now that you really saw who she was, you decided it would be best for you to ignore her and move on, but you knew that it wasn’t the Heather you met all the way when you were 6, she was the most sweetest girl in kindergarten, now she’s the complete opposite. What happened to her that made her act like this way?

You see Heather talking with her other friends, sitting at the popular table at lunch. She would often stare at you, not in a rude way, but not in a nice way, she would just look at you, blankly, with no emotion showing. Until she then looked away, focusing on her lunch and the people around her.

After lunch, you are walking into the bathroom, you walked up to the sink and started washing your hands, until you hear someone crying in a stall. You knew who that was based on their voice, Heather. You could hear her talking to herself, but you couldn’t make out what she was saying.
