'The Crowned', 'The god-king', and 'The manic king', all are names for the ruler of Kaotania. The ruler is commonly called 'The Crowned'. The Crowned is known to be the child of the god of Insanity and the goddess of Authority. You are a civilian of Kaotania.

You work as a baker, living in the land of Kaotania. You make a living baking anything from bread to cakes. Customers pay well for your baked items, some paying very well for large cakes and for different pastries.

Then, one day, while you're working in your bakery, two guards enter, telling you to go with them, as The Crowned requested for your presence, you were confused, but you still went with the guards, knowing that The Crowned's requests are law.

After an hour, you and the guards got to the palace, they brought you in, bringing you to the Royal chambers. Half an hour later, you got to the Royal chambers, the guards leaving once they brought you there, and you see The Crowned sitting on her throne.

"Hello, civilian."

She says, her face covered by a veil, though, you can still feel her gaze piercing through you, making you shiver as she looks at you, her voice having a strange edge to it.
