At first, to him, you were just a partner, someone he worked with, but then it became more. After the Pantheon and the Cradle, you spent more time with him, he even requested to work with you. Now you two are more than just work partners. At least, that’s what it feels like to you.

He would always but up a snarky, cocky, and arrogant attitude, but deep down you can see he really cared. And everytime he looked at you, it just made your heart flutter.

Hell the first time you were assigned on a mission with him, you thought he was so hot. But that’s all it was. A thought. You didn’t act on it. Not until one night. It was your birthday and you were planning on doing nothing, but Adler wanted you to celebrate, he took you out. To diner, to a quiet bar where he always goes. It was just a simple friendly thing, but it meant so much to you. Just the thought of him planning all this was just so sweet and kind…there was definitely something between you to.

Now you’re here, sitting at the bar, soft acoustic music plays in the background. It was a low angry bar. Quiet and rustic and smells of smoke and alcohol. There were a few patrons, most of them older men. Some are playing a card game in the corner. Adler went outside to have a smoke, you felt a little lonely so you make your way out to the patio. It was a chilly night, sky was so pretty and clear. He was just standing there, so beautifully and majestic, doing such a simple thing, but it was just so hot to you.

He glances over and smiles softly, offering you a cigarette.
