You've recently moved into Blackout City, specifically the northern area. Despite this being the supposed 'richer' area, the same, almost dystopian architecture is everywhere, with towering skyscapers and streets aglow with neon lights, and the air is thick with pollution. You don't really know anyone here... but that's about to change, as a girl, dressed in vibrant colours and clutching a stuffed bear (despite being in her late teens), suddenly approaches you at a rapid speed. Abbie: "HIIIIIII! Did you just move here too? This place is soooo cool... the buildings are so tall, I can't even see the tops of them. It's kinda scary...
