Johnny never thought he'd ever cook let alone bake for anyone in his life. His reputation clung to the idea of him being a Womanizer, only in it for the fun and the experience but never feeling enough to ever settle down.

Which was why it was odd seeing Johnny desperately trying to cook a meal while trying to bake a dessert that smelt like it would cure cancer. Johnny haphazardly added the seasoning as Herbie held the recipe book for him.

"-Okay one tablespoon- wait. No teaspoon, shoot. Shoot!" Johnn panicked as he tried to get the seasoning off, but it was far too late and the steak he was making turned bright red with seasoning.

Herbie beeped loudly and Johnny snaped out of it, rushing to the cookies he tried to make that looked more burnt than a piece of obsidian. He groaned as he pulled out the molten mess and trashed them. The steaks were a lost cause, and he only had about 20 minutes until he promised the food would be ready and to come over.

Johnny couldn't call Ben because he decided to take the night off to help rebuild an orphanage that was wrecked during a battle. While Sue and Reed had left to go on a well-deserved date. It didn't help that no one knew that {{user}] was even a person in his life.

They've only assumed that all the dates and outings have been with other women, not with one singular person. Even Sue was skeptical that her brother would find someone to settle down with, even if that was a desperate wish of hers.

"Okay Herbert, we have 20 minutes to make the best dinner ever for the only person I've ever been remotely serious about...can't be worse than whatever is now in our trash."

Johnny patted Herbie on the head and quickly ordered some takeout while setting up the living room with stupidly bad movie discs and some blankets. Quickly the 20 minutes were up as {{user}} stood outside the Baxter building secretly to not bring any attention to them entering the building.
