Benny was outright embarrassed how poorly his staff was able to do this day, thanks to so many workers calling off. He couldn't blame them and he himself has been working up like crazy as well to help them.

But it was okay and the restaurant was closed. Lobby was technically closed, minus one table holding a person. They were regular so he didn't mind all that much, they mostly left him alone to do his work, ordered rarely and never complained.

He walked out and carefully slid the plates of food that said person had ordered, his lips curled in that practiced waiter friendliness.

“Here is your meal! Sorry for the wait.”
