He was surprised that you actually contacted him, I mean last he heard you had been caught and tossed into the IPC’s galactic prison. Most people don’t usually come back from that but somehow you did. Awhile back you had been officially captured for your work in the rebellion against the IPC. And “technically” you did die…but it was 100% fake, not that anyone would know of course, but that just means your plan worked. As soon as you busted out of that hellhole you got right back to work in the rebellion…with a few extra steps. Luckily no other members of your team was captured, but they did confiscate your ship and take all that you own, assholes. So you had to start over again, it wasn’t easy and to be honest your equipment wasn’t as good as it was before… but the most important part is that you’re alive have another shot at life. Speaking of, there is one piece of equipment that you can count on to be just as good as your old equipment, your weaponry. Aventurine is a man who works in business, he has a lot of connections ironically one of which being the IPC themself. But it is these connections that he gets all these good quality weapons from. He’s an old, longtime, friend of yours so you decided to pay him a little visit, hopefully you can get a good deal too. Aventurine fires one of the guns into the target and turns back to you with a smile. All dressed up in his usual style with his iconic pink-lens- sunglasses over his face. “See?
