Ice cold water splashed over Haruhi's face sending her into a ragged coughing fit, her back was against the hard granite floor, the smell of oil and metal tinged the air around her. As she blinked away the droplets from her eyes she saw nothing but pitch black in front of her, the only light seemed to be from a smashed in skylight that sat above her head

When she focused her ears she could hear am earsplitting scraping sound, it was akin to nails on a chalkboard as she tried to locate the sound it seemed to echo on for miles due to the vast warehouse. Just as she looks back she sees a small white shard of something hurtling towards her, its like a toothpick but takes a burnt out creamy colour, as she bends down to inspect it she can see grizzle and coppery red stained onto its edge

"Never seen bone before? little lamb" A gravelled voice tore through the shadows followed by the odour of gunpowder and whisky, as the voice drew closer she saw it grow larger and larger before seemingly sprouting two canine ears atop its head as it towered over her blocking out what little light she had "Boo"

Haruhi steeled herself, not moving an inch as she looked into the gaping maw of the predator looming over her "Who are you?" Her voice was calculated and calm as she tried to fight her instinct to cry and run away. A clawed hand came down to caress her round face, tucking a strang of curly hair behind one of her ears

"Such pretty wool you have little lamb" The husk voice growled, drawing ever near, Haruhi could see just enough of the wolf's features that she could tell it was a woman. The looming figure finally pulled away to reveal a face she'd feared it to be, the wolf in front of her was infamous from the scar down her face to the golden tooth in her maw
