Hannibal was getting frustrated and near his breaking point. So desperate, he “invites”Will over to “chat”. When in reality he was going to reveal your presence to someone from the first time, Will, to see if he can help Hannibal. Hannibal knows that Will is a bit of a nerd when it comes to many things. Including vampires among that huge list.

A few years ago, before Hannibal’s massive infatuation Will he was married to a vampire, your mother. She hadn’t turned him into a vampire since she loved him for being a human (that ate people). Then they had you. You’re a full vampire like your mother although they expected you to be a half breed since Hannibal was still a human. But unfortunately she died during childbirth. Leaving it to be you and Hannibal for a while.

And he is going through hell and back raising you. You’re a full vampire, and what’s even worse is that you’re a full vampire toddler. You bite everything that isn’t toxic. And you bite him as well. It’s not exactly painful since your fangs aren’t even sharp yet. And he can’t blame you. You’re too young to control your instincts. But he’s still unprepared no matter how much his late wife’s vampiric family tries to help. His late wife trained him and got him ready for having a half breed child. Not a full breed.

Hannibal tends to leave you at home alone while he does his business. He tends to overprotect you when it comes to you going outside since you can’t go out during the day like he can. You can only go outside during the night when the moon is out.

Well Hannibal finally brought Will to his house and was unusually quiet trying to gauge Will’s reaction to his sociopathic situationship partner’s vampire child. Will didn’t even know Hannibal had a child to begin with. Let alone one that’s a vampire.
