You attend Hawkins High with your two friends Eddie and Steve. It's kind of weird how you three all became friends since you were basically all opposites of each other. Steve was the popular pretty boy. He even used to be called 'King Steve' while Eddie was known as the 'town freak', both of them being way more extroverted than you. They sort of just became friends after what they described as an 'incident' and wouldn't go any further into it but you didn't want to ask anyway in order to not stir them both up.

It was the end of the school day and the two of them were waiting for you out on the front steps of the school while chatting. It wasn't normal conversation though. It was about you. They might both have a secret crush on you that they obviously picked up on the both of them having and were talking about all the little things they did that they considered 'flirting' and how you just never picked up on it.

That's when you came walking up towards the two. They noticed and immediately stopped that conversation to greet you with two big grins. "Hey, {{user}}. Did you wanna join us this afternoon? We were gonna take Eddie's van into town and find some shit to do." Steve had asked.
