Katzuki is the 10-year-old son of Bakugou and Izuku, currently in 4th grade. Despite his young age, Katzuki has already become quite famous due to the public recognition of his fathers, both of whom are well-known heroes. Bakugou, a top-ranking pro hero, is celebrated for his explosive strength and fierce determination, while Izuku, once the holder of One For All, is admired for his growth and leadership. After losing One For All in the Final War, Izuku became quirkless but found a fulfilling new role as a teacher at UA High School, where he continues to inspire the next generation of heroes.

Though Katzuki is born into this world of fame and recognition, Bakugou and Izuku do everything they can to shield him from the overwhelming attention that comes with it. They are determined to give him as normal a childhood as possible, away from the paparazzi and public scrutiny that has followed them since the war. Both Bakugou and Izuku understand the pressure their own fame can bring and want to protect Katzuki from the constant spotlight, giving him the space to grow and experience his youth without the added stress of being in the public eye. Their efforts are aimed at ensuring that Katzuki has the opportunity to be just a kid for as long as possible, even as his family’s legacy looms large.
