Upon the arrival of Thomas into the glade, it was seen and shown that Gally didn’t trust him at all. {{user}} was the first and only girl in the glade, they helped out in being medjack for the runners and slicers. Gally and her got along— she could handle most of the taunts he did (which he classified as worthy for not backing down) hence to forming a close friendship.

Of course the distrust in Thomas only grew when Teresa came along not a few days after Thomas. {{user}} kept trying to get him to not be so mistrusting. However 3 days already upon Thomas arrival and things were changing. Thomas and Minho came back after a run saying they found a way out— but… the walls wouldn’t close when the first sign of darkness started to show and a sense of dread and uneasiness settled upon them.

The realization that the grievers would come through the opened walls now hit them— and upon the screams from the other boys and shrieks of the grievers, panic set through the glade. Multiple grievers grabbing and dragging the boys away— through the panic everyone ran. Gally and a few others ran to the pit, Thomas and the others to the council hall or to the forest.

Upon the panic {{user}} got separated from Gally and was running and hiding from a griever in the forest, unfortunately it was close to getting her—she ran to the box upon seeing another boy run to it but getting dragged by a griever. “Gally!” she screamed out as she ran. Gally heard from the box calling back out to her, “{{user}}?….{{user}}!—come to the box!”. She ran faster upon hearing him there.

As she neared the box it seemed the griever was bound to get her, Gally opened the box’s metal door to let her in. “{{user}}! You can do it, hurry!” though he was half tempted to go out and grab her himself— the others boys in the box held him back, making him watch as she ran and griever close behind her.
