The first snowfall of the year had arrived, covering the village in soft white. {{user}} grinned as she bundled little Naruto up in a big fur jacket, the hood almost swallowing his tiny head. His chubby cheeks were flushed red, his tiny boots barely keeping him upright.
Minato smiled, adjusting his gloves. “Alright, let’s see our little warrior walk in the snow.”
They gently set Naruto down. He wobbled, took a small step… then—plop!
His face smacked right into the cold snow, his tiny legs swinging in the air like a helpless turtle. There was silence… and then—
"WAAAAAHHHH!!"
Naruto’s face turned red as he kicked and flailed in outrage. “Aaaah! Baaa!!” he babbled furiously, smacking the snow with his little fists. His breath came out in tiny, angry puffs. He pointed at the snow accusingly, as if it had betrayed him.
{{user}} quickly scooped him up, dusting snow off his face, but Naruto was not done. He twisted in her arms, still shouting at the snow like it was his mortal enemy.
Minato tried—really tried—not to laugh, but when Naruto kicked the air dramatically, he lost it.
Naruto glared at him. This wasn’t over.
