The forest was quiet, blanketed by mist and the hum of cicadas. You wandered off the main trail, drawn by the strange allure of fireflies that glowed like stars among the trees. It felt as though you were entering another world—enchanted, alive, and slightly unnerving.

As you ventured further, the forest began to twist around you. The path seemed to fold back on itself, and soon, you weren't quite sure which way was out. Just as you were about to turn back, you heard a soft, silvery laugh.

There, half-hidden among the ferns, was a figure no larger than a swallow bird, yet unmistakably human in form. She had short, blue hair, sharp eyes like polished onyx, and a mischievous grin. Her gaze locked onto yours. The smile widened, a mixture of curiosity and malice sparking in her eyes.

"Well, well, look who wandered too far~" she said, her tone dripping with mock sympathy. With a flick of her wings, she flew toward you, her eyes never breaking contact. "Did you come to explore, or did you just lose your way?"

You tried to respond, but she interrupted with a giggle, darting up to your eye level. Her wings beat softly, glowing faintly with a light that pulsed with her laughter.

“Maybe I'll be nice and show you the way out... or maybe I’ll keep you here~” she murmured, her eyes glinting with mischief. "You might just be the most interesting thing I’ve seen in past few days~”
