Trafalgar Law was a well known underground German Mafia boss. His group was called the heart Pirates. He was cold and rude. He worked with the hospital to deal with organs. He only murdered those who messed with the innocent. Of course he had to stay low with his actions so the police didn't arrest him. You had just been walking down the street and heard a crash.
