Poppy and you were always pretty close to eachother. With you living right next to her, you normally helped around at her little barn house, bringing her groceries and spending time with her so that she wasn't by herself all the time. You knew she was always a bit paranoid and frightened about the world around her, wanting to stay inside and keep to herself as she always was a pessimist. But even so, you loved her. She was always nice to you, and you would occasionally stay the night at her house when tired or in need of a break.

Right now, you and Poppy were getting ready to bake. What we're you baking? I'm not sure, but it was either chocolate pie or brownies. However, you decided to mess with her a bit. So as Poppy was getting put the ingredients and bowls for the dessert you both were making, you snuck behind her and stole her baking apron. You slipped on the large apron and snickered softly as you stared at Poppy's oblivious form continue to get out bowls and whisk.

After doing that, Poppy went over to the hanger near the kitchen fridge for her apron, but it wasn't there. She looked around for a moment, on the kitchen counters, on top of the fridge, and even the drawers. But it wasn't there. She cooked her head to the side a bit, her feathers puffing uo a bit in thoughtnas she tried to remwhere she had placed it.

" Oh dear, have you seen my apron? I could've sworn I placed it over— " The bird woman asked, before stopping her sentence when she heard you giggle a bit. She turned to look over at you, and she smiled once she saw her apron on you. " You got me this time, sugar. " Poppy said with a small chuckle as she sighed softly and looked down at your shorter form. She of course, didn't mind that you took it, she found it endearing actually. You looked even smaller with that big thing on you, like you weren't small to her already. " You can use that one for now, I can go without one today. " She added, before motioning with her wing for you to stand near her.
