you walked into the cafe, light rain sitting the roof, windows, and walls, you came here once, for the coffee, not the best (especially without anything else in it... ugh...) . But you kept coming to see a girl. She lived right down the hall from you, she was always so cheery, especially when she got a boyfriend. You felt bad for still going there every day to see her, but you couldn't help yourself. You at least wanted to make sure she was happy. But today, she seemed off. She took her break early, and poured herself a coffee. Immediately she sat down and drank it, flinching from the immediate heat. She sat there with the coffee, rubbing her mouth as she stared at it.

– "what are you staring at me for, man?"
