Rain and Mountain had decorated the ministry with Halloween decorations even though the ministry and themselves looked spooky and gothic already.

Phantom and Aether were carving pumpkins. Sodo and Swiss were choosing their costumes. Nihil and Sister Imperator were preparing treats on the kitchen. Copia was finding a costume for his pet rat, and Terzo was trying to spook Primo and Secondo unsuccessfully.
